Pricing built for lender economics

A decision is one successful POST to /v1/decisions that returns a HTTP 200 response with a score and recommendation. Failed requests (HTTP 4xx/5xx) are not billed. Adverse action notice generation via /v1/adverse-action is included at no additional cost.

Lendiro requires at least 6 months of transaction history for a decision; 12 months provides a more robust signal; the full 24-month lookback window is recommended and achieves the best signal quality. The most recent transaction in the payload should be within 30 days of the decision request — decisions based on stale data are flagged in the response metadata.

Community tier has no monthly minimum — you pay only for decisions made. Growth tier has a $200/month minimum (equivalent to approximately 2,500 decisions). Enterprise pricing is custom and discussed during the partnership evaluation. There is no minimum commitment to start a pilot.

Community and Growth tiers operate on a month-to-month basis — no annual commitment required. Enterprise tier typically involves a 12-month contract with custom SLA terms. Pilot agreements are 30-60 days with no commitment to continue after evaluation. All tiers require acceptance of our Terms of Service.

Pilots run at standard tier pricing with no minimum commitment. Community tier pilots typically run for 30 days with a defined cohort of thin-file applications. Growth tier pilots run 60 days with access to the monitoring dashboard. Enterprise pilots include white-glove onboarding and documentation support. Yes. Tier upgrades take effect immediately. Decisions made before the upgrade are billed at the previous tier rate; decisions after are billed at the new rate. The Growth tier minimum is prorated for partial months at upgrade time.
